The house consists of a ground floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and a guest bedroom, an upper floor with three bedrooms and a large basement with possibilities for workshop, studio and play area. A special feature of this house is the inner courtyard that forms the center of the house.

Our clients wanted to build a “poorhouse” with thatched roof, a large swimming pool and wanted to add a garage as an extension to their existing house.

This semi-detached house is located in Armilla, a region in the province of Granada, and is planned according to the Passivhouse standard.
It is narrow but efficient and very well distributed. The house consists of a first floor with a garage, a dining room with kitchen, hall, an upper floor with 2.5 bedrooms and a roof terrace.

This house has a very nice design, with three volumes that are connected between them. The main part has large windows with a sloping roof and a double store roof. The plot has a large swimming pool and an elongated pool that serves as a horizontal railing and connects the semi-basement part by a bridge.

In this case it is an interior reform. We open the living room and kitchen area to the south, we change spaces and terraces to get more space, more height and more generosity. A part of the house receives new facades with large windows and new roof.

By playing with the directions of the terrain, including the steep slope, we created two volumes, marked by the access zone and the starcase.

A two-story L-shaped volume, the house is organized creating a two-story space that will be the heart of the house.

In a newly created urbanization, we created this house taking into account the best orientation, views to Sierra Nevada and resulting in a house with lots of light and visuals.

On a plot of irregular shape, with a steep downward slop, this house is raised with the clear intention of making the most of the view to the sea. With vehicular and pedestrian access from the top, the volumes that house the different areas of the house are staggered and rotated looking for the contour lines, articulating and combining their geometry with each other, connected vertically by the staircase and elevator.
